The goods sold by TereDo are guaranteed for the quality of the materials used and the way they are made.<\/span><\/p>\n Any manufacturing defect entitles the customer to free replacement of the item, or of the part concerned. The right to replacement also applies if the item is damaged during transport, provided that such damage is reported to the carrier upon delivery and noted on the delivery document.<\/span><\/p>\n All items are checked before shipping.
